The first ever SinoCorrugated exhibition took place in Shanghai between December 5 and December 8, 2001. The exhibition spanned 7,700 sqm and attracted 171 exhibitors, as well as 4,275 visitors. As an event inspired by, and produced for, the corrugated carton industry, the inaugural SinoCorrugated show was a big success. In total, 121 exhibitors signed over 300 Letters of Purchasing Intent. An additional 26 exhibitors sold machines on-site and a trading volume of RMB 240 million (USD 35.3 million) was reached.
