SinoCorrugated 2009

SinoCorrugated 2009, an event organized by Reed Exhibitions, closed on April 10 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. With an exhibition area spanning up to 51,750 sqm, the show hosted 736 exhibitors, and displayed over 1,100 types of cutting-edge corrugated carton equipment and consumables. It attracted more than 18,070 trade visitors who were on-site to see, first hand, signs of the rapid development of the global corrugated industry.

The four-day exhibition attracted many well-known carton equipment and consumables suppliers from around the globe. Renowned names such as BHS, Bobst, Fosber, EMBA and IMG took part.  Each of them displayed the most advanced carton and paper board manufacturing equipment and consumables in the world.

SinoCorrugated’s influence, locally and abroad, has been steadily growing since the show’s inception nine years ago. Key industry associations, including the ACCA, PICCI, CBMA, MACCMA, AGMPM, AIP, TPCIA and HKCPMA have all been staunchly supportive of the exhibition. The ACCA in particular, was proactive in promoting the development of Asia’s corrugated carton industry by synchronizing its 2009 annual meeting with the exhibition. According to Kinardo Ang, President of the Asian Corrugated Case Association, “The ACCA recommends SinoCorrugated 2009 to all exhibitors and visitors as an outstanding corrugated industry event that should not be missed.”
