SFM30N Positive Pressure Cassette Single Facer

Product description:

 

1. Adopts positive pressure air cushion paper guiding, high thermal energy utilization, and good flute formation quality.

 2. Corrugating rolls adopt positive pressure cassette type, positioned below the pressure roll, lowering machine center of gravity. Upper and lower corrugating rolls use large-small roll coordination with different speeds and use embedded base for stable high-speed operation with reduced vibration.

 3. Corrugating roll opening/closing, pressure roll opening/closing, glue roll opening/closing, and corrugating roll set locking are all hydraulically controlled.

 4. Uses closed-type thickened wall plates made of nodular cast iron with integrated base to increase rigidity and reduce machine vibration.

 5. Corrugating roll set electrically moves in/out for rapid flute profile change.

 6. Pressure between corrugating roll and pressure roll is independently controlled by hydraulic cylinders on both sides (positive and negative). Pressure between corrugating roll and glue roll is hydraulically controlled.

 7. Corrugating rolls are driven directly by motor through synchronous belt for smooth, reliable operation with low noise.

 8. Independent glue units can swing out from main machine for easy cleaning, maintenance, and servicing. Hydraulic swing arm structure provides more stable and reliable glue unit positioning; PLC automatic starch mixing system.

 9. Machine internally equipped with liner preheater roll and medium arch heating plate, with liner preheater roll independently motor-driven for self-rotation.

10. Equipped with air-cooled chiller for water-cooled glue stop plate and hydraulic station.

11. Medium web break stop device: when speed exceeds 15m/min and medium break is detected, all rolls separate and motor stops.

XHL450 Hydraulic Vertical Front-Push Quick-Change Roll Single Facer

Product description:

1. The single facer adopts a glue pan-free design. The glue roll rotates in the opposite direction from traditional machines. With this design, excess glue won't splash outward causing waste. Moreover, the corrugating roll maintains distance from the starch to prevent cooking the glue. Traditional machines have corrugating rolls very close to the starch, easily cooking the glue and creating enormous waste.

2. The single facer adopts servo motors with the factory's unique variable speed drive method, eliminating energy-consuming gear speed changes. The main motor adopts synchronous belt direct drive method, combined with independently developed patented design, saving 30%+ electricity compared to traditional similar single facers.

3. Ordinary single facers cannot rotate rolls when stopped, causing uneven temperature top-to-bottom and creating the so-called "banana effect." When restarting production, bubbles appear creating waste and slow speeds. Our factory's latest developed XHL450 high-speed single facer automatically separates the pressure roll and corrugating roll when stopped, and independently rotates at constant speed, achieving temperature averaging for each roll. When restarting, no deformation due to uneven corrugating roll temperature occurs, preventing crush marks, greatly reducing waste.

4. Pioneering patented front-push quick-change roll design allows easy and safe 30-minute flute profile change, making production more flexible.

5. Regarding actual operation effects of negative pressure vs. positive pressure design. This machine adopts negative pressure design. Emergency acceleration and deceleration won't create waste. Threading is easy to operate, safe and simple. Currently, positive pressure design dominates the market. Its disadvantages include hot corrugating air blowing outward, raising workplace temperature. Emergency acceleration and deceleration easily create waste. Threading is inconvenient. If web break wraps into glue roll plenum, it's even more troublesome. Machine parts are complex with high maintenance costs.

6. Integrated control console and machine body design is simple and practical, allowing faster operator response and space saving.
